What is TB-500?

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a protein your body makes naturally that’s involved in cell migration, blood-vessel growth and tissue repair. TB-500 is typically a fragment marketed to reproduce those repair effects. As with thymosin beta-4 itself, the underlying biology is genuinely interesting — which is exactly why the marketing runs so far ahead of the evidence.

What the evidence actually shows
